There are a few photographers and creatives that I adore that I have never met. To some this seems odd, but there is a certain emotion that these folks put out into the world through their work and imagery that draws me in. This spring I had the opportunity to work with one of those people and the feeling was the same in person as the light that streams out of her images. Jessica Holleque is that woman.
She organized an incredible shoot with a group of amazing women, simply to create and show off the brilliant work all of the ladies do. She reached out her hand to me and pulled me into the mix.
My good friend Raechel, of Wildly Collected, was one of the super star makers there to make magic with us. Worlds coming full circle. Cue heart flutters.
Together with our incredible model Aubrey and the AMAZEBALLS floral work of Ann of Dear Hyssop we had a beautiful day at The Holden Room in Minneapolis.
It’s days like these that fill up the cracks that happen over time after years of working to not only create beautiful things but also convince people of it’s worth in order to make a living.
I live for days like this.
